HENDI Siphon Cartridges for Whipped Cream and Mousse

Siphon cartridges charge a cream whipper with nitrous oxide, forcing the gas into the liquid under pressure. As the gas dissolves, it expands when released, creating a light, stable foam without whisking. The method gives consistent texture for whipped cream, mousses, soups and sauces in seconds.

To use, load the siphon with the prepared liquid, screw on the head, insert one cartridge and shake gently. The gas pressurises the chamber; when the trigger is pressed, the mixture is dispensed as foam. Each cartridge provides a single charge for one batch.

The cartridges are made of steel and contain 7.8 g of pure nitrous oxide. They fit any standard siphon, allowing interchange between brands and models without adjustment.
