Crafted from premium stainless steel, the unit ensures exceptional corrosion resistance, hygienic conditions, and easy maintenance even under intensive use. The design accommodates 2 GN 1/1 or 60×40 cm trolleys, as well as 1 GN 2/1 or 60×80 cm trolley, offering versatile applications depending on workflow requirements. (Trolleys not included.)

The 80 mm thick insulation provides excellent cold retention, reducing energy consumption and maintaining stable storage temperatures even during heavy use. The ventilated cooling system ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber, vital for preserving food quality and safety.

The control system, conveniently located on the back panel, allows precise regulation of temperature and other vital functions thanks to digital control.

To protect the interior from mechanical damage, the unit is fitted with interior bumpers, particularly useful when working with trolleys. The automatic defrost system reduces the need for manual maintenance and keeps the unit hygienically clean.
