Professional dishwasher with sanitization function
A professional dishwasher that combines rapid cleaning with sanitization uses heated water and detergent to remove food residue and bacteria from plates, cutlery and glassware. The machine fills a compartment with water, heats it to a temperature that kills pathogens, then sprays the load from rotating arms. After washing, a rinse cycle removes detergent and a final sanitizing rinse raises the temperature again to ensure hygiene standards. The process relies on consistent water pressure and temperature, which the machine maintains throughout the cycle to deliver the same result every time.
The operator loads the baskets with plates, cutlery or glassware up to 350 mm high, selects a cycle time of 60, 120, 180 or 480 seconds on the colour electronic display, and starts the programme. The machine fills, heats, washes, rinses and sanitizes automatically. After the cycle, the baskets are unloaded and the compartment drains. If the machine is left idle for more than three hours, a built-in discharge pump removes the water to prevent stagnation. At the end of the day, an automatic cleaning programme flushes the interior to remove detergent residue and scale.
The dishwasher is built with a double-walled compartment and door to reduce noise during operation. A detergent and rinse aid dispenser releases the correct amount for each cycle, while the HY-NRG system keeps water pressure and temperature steady. A stand-by function cuts power when the machine is not in use, and the built-in pump ensures the compartment remains dry when idle.
The 6.6 kW power rating indicates the load the machine places on the electrical supply, requiring a dedicated circuit in a professional kitchen. The footprint of 600 mm width, 635 mm depth and 855 mm height determines the space it occupies on the worktop or floor. The maximum dish height of 350 mm allows standard plates, trays and glassware to be loaded without restriction. Water consumption of 2.7 litres per cycle affects running costs and water supply requirements.
Cleaning involves wiping the exterior with a damp cloth and descaling the interior periodically to prevent limescale build-up. The automatic daily cleaning programme reduces manual maintenance, but the dispensers for detergent and rinse aid must be refilled regularly.
The dishwasher is supplied with two plate baskets, a universal basket and a cutlery container, allowing different loads to be organised efficiently. The adjustable cycle times suit varying kitchen demands, from a quick rinse to a full sanitizing wash.
