Professional dishwasher with drain pump
A commercial dishwasher that combines rapid cleaning with sanitisation, the SILANOS N50 EVO removes food residue and reduces bacteria in a single cycle. Hot water, detergent and rinse aid are sprayed under controlled pressure, lifting soil from every surface while the high-temperature rinse kills micro-organisms. The process relies on a closed-loop pump system that recirculates water at consistent flow and temperature, ensuring every item emerges clean and safe without manual intervention.
Operation begins by loading the two supplied baskets—one for plates, one universal—and the cutlery container. The operator selects a cycle from the electronic display: 60 seconds for lightly soiled glassware, 120 or 180 seconds for standard loads, or 480 seconds for heavily soiled pots and utensils. Once started, the machine fills, heats, washes, rinses and sanitises automatically. After the final rinse, the HY-NRG system maintains pressure and temperature until the cycle ends, then the built-in discharge pump removes all water from the compartment if the machine stands idle for more than three hours, preventing stagnation and odour.
The double-walled stainless-steel compartment and door reduce noise during operation, while the automatic daily cleaning programme flushes the interior to keep the machine ready for the next service. A stand-by mode cuts energy use between cycles, and the detergent and rinse-aid dispensers ensure consistent dosing without manual measurement. Water consumption is fixed at 2.7 litres per cycle, regardless of load size, making usage predictable for kitchen planning.
Construction is compact at 600 mm wide, 635 mm deep and 855 mm high, fitting beneath most worktops while accommodating items up to 350 mm tall. The 6.6 kW power rating requires a 400 V three-phase supply, typical of professional catering installations. A water conditioner is recommended on the cold-water inlet to prevent limescale build-up, extending the life of heating elements and pumps.
Controls are limited to the colour electronic display and cycle selector; the machine handles all other functions—water fill, heating, detergent release, rinse timing and discharge—without further input. After each cycle the baskets can be removed immediately, as the sanitisation phase leaves items dry enough for storage or reuse.
The N50 EVO is categorised as a universal dishwasher, suitable for washing plates, cutlery, glassware and kitchen utensils in restaurants, cafés, hotels and care facilities.
