A cold cream dispenser maintains finished creams, ice cream and slush drinks at serving temperature by circulating chilled refrigerant through a sealed coil wrapped around the stainless-steel tank. The refrigerant absorbs heat from the product, lowering its temperature without freezing it, so the texture stays smooth and the flavour remains bright. Because the tank is small, the product is renewed often, keeping each serving as fresh as the first.

To use the dispenser, the operator fills the 2 L tank with the prepared product, closes the lid and switches the unit on. The compressor starts, the refrigerant circulates and the product cools to the set temperature. A safety stop system cuts power if the lid is opened while the compressor is running, preventing accidental contact with moving parts. The product is dispensed through a tap at the front, so customers or staff can draw a portion without opening the lid.

The dispenser is built on a fire-resistant plastic frame of ABS and polycarbonate, with steel side panels for rigidity. The housing is finished in black or white, matching most countertop schemes. Controls are minimal: a single on/off switch starts and stops the cooling cycle.

The 0.23 kW power rating means the unit draws a modest load from a standard 220-240 V circuit, suitable for most small kitchens and bars. The 2 L volume allows frequent product changes without waste, while the 15 kg weight keeps the unit stable on a worktop. The footprint of 160 mm depth, 385 mm width and 473 mm height fits neatly into tight spaces behind a counter or on a mobile trolley.

Cleaning follows from the construction: the stainless-steel tank and lid are wiped with a damp cloth and sanitiser after each product change. The tap is removed and cleaned separately to prevent clogging. The refrigerant is sealed and requires no maintenance.

An optional I-Tank model is available, adding internal agitation to keep thicker products homogeneous.

The dispenser is catalogued under countertop refrigeration for small-volume outlets such as cafés, bars, ice-cream stands and kiosks.
