Fries warmer 1 kW from stainless steal
A fries warmer keeps cooked chips at serving temperature without drying them out or making them soggy. Instead of a hotplate that heats from below, this unit uses dynamic infrared emitters mounted above the food. The infrared waves travel directly to the surface of the chips, warming them evenly and quickly while the moisture inside stays locked in. Because the heat is radiant rather than convected, there is no fan to blow dust or steam around the kitchen, and the chips do not need to be stirred.
The operator slides the stainless-steel container into the warmer, closes the front panel and sets the desired temperature on the control. A red power indicator and a green work indicator show the unit is live and heating. Once the temperature reaches the set point, the emitters cycle on and off to maintain it. The container is removed by the comfortable side handles when the chips are needed, and the warmer can be left on standby or switched off.
The body is made of stainless steel with a modern ergonomic design. The front panel carries laser-engraved markings that will not wear off. Four adjustable legs allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors or raised to match a worktop height. The warmer is rated at 1 kW and runs on a 230 V single-phase supply, the standard circuit found in most professional kitchens.
The 400 mm depth, 700 mm width and 450 mm height give a compact footprint that fits on a counter or a mobile stand. Because the unit is fully enclosed and has no exposed flames, it can be installed indoors or outdoors, provided the area is sheltered from direct rain.
Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless-steel surfaces wipe down with a damp cloth, and the infrared emitters can be dusted with a soft brush. The container is removed for thorough washing. The adjustable legs should be checked periodically to ensure the unit remains stable.
This model is a single warmer; no variants are listed. It is categorised under holding and display equipment in the Stalgast professional catering range.
