Barrier-type sanitary washing machine DUAL AS-100 ES ET2

DANUBE DUAL AS-100 ES ET2 is a professional Pullman-type barrier sanitary washing machine with a 90 kg capacity and combined electric/steam heating, designed for intensive use in large professional laundries and institutions with particularly high hygiene requirements. The DUAL heating system combines electric heating with an external steam supply, providing greater operational flexibility depending on the available energy source and efficiently heating the wash water to the temperature required by the selected programme.

The barrier design physically separates the soiled-linen loading area from the clean-linen unloading area. Soiled linen is loaded into the machine from one side, while after the complete washing cycle, clean linen is unloaded from the opposite side. This workflow helps prevent contact between clean and soiled linen and reduces the risk of cross-contamination. The machine is particularly suitable for hospitals, medical and care facilities, nursing homes and high-capacity professional laundries.

The machine is equipped with a Pullman-type drum with separate compartments. This drum design is particularly suitable for high-capacity washing machines, helping to organise the distribution of laundry inside the drum and facilitating the loading and unloading of large quantities of linen.

The machine features a soft-mount suspension system that reduces vibrations during extraction and simplifies installation, as no floor anchoring is required. The high-efficiency extraction system reaches 750 rpm and a G-factor of 325, helping to reduce residual moisture in textiles and consequently shorten the required drying time.

The automatic drum positioning system with an electric brake precisely positions the drum for loading and unloading. The machine is also equipped with a UPS safety system that prevents the brake from locking in the event of a power failure. A compressed-air supply of 4–7 bar, with an Ø 8 mm connection and an approximate consumption of 10 Nl/min, is required for opening the doors.

Control is provided by the EASY TOUCH 2 microprocessor with a user-friendly 7-inch touchscreen and dual display. The control system allows the washing process to be monitored and adjusted according to the requirements of a professional laundry.

DANUBE Online IoT connectivity enables the machine to be connected to the DANUBE Online system for remote monitoring and management, simplifying daily laundry operations and equipment management.

The machine is prepared for connection to an external automatic detergent dosing system. As standard, it provides 8 control signals for dosing pumps, allowing the supply of various liquid detergents to be automated according to the washing process. The machine also features 3 water inlets and a double drain system.
