DANUBE DUAL DBW ET2 is a professional barrier-type sanitary washing machine with combined electric/steam heating, designed for intensive use in larger institutions and professional laundries with particularly high hygiene requirements. The DUAL heating system combines electric heating with an external steam supply, providing greater operational flexibility depending on the available energy source and efficiently heating the wash water to the temperature required by the selected programme.

The barrier design physically separates the soiled-linen loading area from the clean-linen unloading area. Soiled laundry is loaded into the machine from one side, while after the complete washing cycle, clean laundry is unloaded from the opposite side. This workflow helps prevent contact between clean and soiled laundry and reduces the risk of cross-contamination. The machine is particularly suitable for hospitals, medical and care facilities, nursing homes and professional laundries handling larger daily laundry volumes.

The machine is equipped with a soft-mount suspension system that reduces vibrations during extraction and facilitates installation. The high-efficiency extraction system reaches 920 rpm and a G-factor of 375, helping to reduce residual moisture in textiles and shorten subsequent drying times. Automatic drum positioning with an electric brake facilitates loading and unloading.

Control is provided by the EASY TOUCH 2 microprocessor with a user-friendly, fully programmable 7-inch touchscreen and dual display. The control system allows washing programmes to be adapted to specific requirements and enables control of the main washing process parameters. USB connectivity provides convenient programme and data management, while the multilingual interface facilitates operation in international working environments.

The machine is prepared for automatic dosing of liquid detergents. It is equipped as standard with 8 control signals for dosing pumps, allowing connection to an external dosing system and automatic dispensing of different detergents according to the selected programme. The machine also features 3 water inlets.

For efficient use of resources, the Water Saving function offers three configurable water-saving levels. Load control functions help adjust water and detergent consumption according to the actual laundry load, reducing unnecessary resource consumption.

DANUBE Online IoT connectivity enables remote monitoring of machine operation and laundry processes. The system helps manage laundry operations, analyse operating statistics and telemetry data, and facilitates diagnostics, maintenance and software updates.

The drum and outer tub are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the top panel is made of stainless steel. The construction is designed for intensive professional use and developed to facilitate installation, maintenance and servicing.
