Banquet Chair PARTY – Stackable Steel-Framed Seating

Banquet chairs must hold guests securely while packing away in tight spaces. The PARTY chair uses a rigid steel frame that carries the load to the floor without flexing, so each seat stays level and stable throughout long events. A powder-coated finish protects the metal from scratches and wear, keeping the frame looking smart even after repeated stacking and unstacking.

The chair is loaded by lifting the seat pad and lowering it onto the frame until the hooks engage. Once in place, the upholstered pad distributes the guest's weight evenly, preventing pressure points. To stack, the operator lifts the chair by the top rail and places it on the next chair's frame; the shape guides the legs into alignment so the stack stays vertical without wobbling. Up to nineteen chairs can be stacked in a single column, reducing the footprint to a fraction of the floor space needed when the chairs are in use.

The PARTY chair is built on a hammered silver-grey steel frame that resists bending and scratching. A smooth black or grey upholstery pad covers the seat and backrest, giving a clean, neutral look that suits formal dinners, conferences and exhibitions. The powder coating on the frame is applied as a dry powder and then cured under heat, forming a hard shell that does not chip or peel under normal handling.

The controls are minimal: the frame and pad lock together without tools, and the stack height is limited only by the ceiling or the operator's reach. Each chair measures 430 mm deep, 600 mm wide and 840 mm high, so it fits through standard doorways and into most event-venue storage cupboards. At 6.4 kg, one person can lift and carry the chair without strain, yet the weight is enough to keep the chair grounded on polished floors.

The footprint of 430 by 600 mm means the chair occupies less than a quarter of a square metre, allowing tight table layouts in banquet halls and conference rooms. The 840 mm height places the seat at a standard dining level, so guests can sit comfortably at most event tables without adjusting the table legs. The 6.4 kg weight is light enough for easy handling yet heavy enough to prevent the chair from sliding on smooth floors when guests stand up.

Cleaning follows from the materials: the powder-coated steel frame can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the smooth upholstery pad is spot-cleaned with a fabric-safe cleaner. The stackable design keeps the chairs off the floor, reducing dust accumulation between uses.
