A beer set consolidates the tap, beer lines and drip tray into one compact unit that mounts beneath the bar counter or on a back shelf. Instead of loose hoses and separate taps that clutter the worktop, the set keeps everything organised in a single frame. The beer flows from keg to tap through insulated lines, reducing temperature loss and foam. A drip tray catches spills and condensation, keeping the bar surface clean and dry.
The operator connects the beer lines to the keg couplers, secures the tap to the front of the set, and positions the drip tray beneath it. Once the keg is chilled and pressurised, the tap is opened and the beer is drawn directly into glasses. The unit remains in place, ready for the next service, without dismantling or repositioning.
The ZP/WOODY 1850 is built on a powder-coated steel frame sized to fit under most bar counters. Its footprint of 500 mm width and 180 mm depth leaves room for other bar equipment while keeping taps within easy reach of the server. The 740 mm height allows the tap to clear the counter edge when mounted beneath it, so glasses can be filled without tilting or spilling.
Cleaning follows from the construction: the drip tray lifts out for rinsing, and the beer lines are flushed with cleaning solution at regular intervals to prevent build-up. The powder-coated frame wipes clean with a damp cloth, avoiding corrosion in the humid bar environment.
