Camillo 0903 Technorattan Chair in Cream

A café chair built for daily service on terraces and in dining rooms, the Camillo 0903 combines a woven seat with a metal frame to balance comfort and strength. Technorattan, a synthetic fibre, is braided into a tight cross-weave that distributes weight evenly across the seat and backrest. This construction resists sagging and wear, so the chair keeps its shape through repeated use without losing its visual appeal.

The chair arrives fully assembled, so it can be placed straight onto the floor or stacked immediately. When more space is needed, up to twelve chairs can be nested vertically, reducing the footprint to a single chair's width. The frame is made of aluminium, a metal chosen for its lightness and resistance to rust. Because aluminium does not corrode, the chair can be left outside in rain or sun without developing the pitting or discolouration that affects steel.

To use the chair, the operator simply lifts it by the backrest or seat edge and positions it at a table. No tools or adjustments are required. The woven technorattan surface is smooth to the touch, offering a firm but forgiving seat that does not trap heat or moisture, making it comfortable in both warm and cool conditions.

The chair is finished in cream, a neutral shade that blends with most colour schemes. Its dimensions—570 mm wide, 560 mm deep and 830 mm high—allow it to fit under standard café tables while leaving enough legroom for diners. At 3.96 kg, the chair is light enough for staff to move quickly between shifts, yet stable enough to remain in place when occupied.

Cleaning is straightforward: the technorattan weave can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the aluminium frame is cleaned with the same solution.
