Chair PARIS TOLIX in Red Steel

This stackable steel chair is designed for environments where seating must be moved and stored efficiently. The PARIS TOLIX model features a seamless steel frame, bent into a continuous loop to form the legs, seat, and backrest. This design eliminates weak points, distributing weight evenly for stability. Despite weighing only 4.4 kg, it supports loads of up to 120 kg without bending or warping.

The chair's strength comes from its steel construction, shaped into a rigid shell that resists twisting. The open back and seat reduce weight while maintaining stability. A black matte powder coating covers the frame, providing resistance to scratches, moisture, and stains. This finish also makes cleaning straightforward—spills can be wiped away without leaving marks or requiring special cleaners.

Each leg is fitted with plastic glides to protect floors from scratches. Protective bumpers on the reinforcing beams prevent damage when chairs are stacked, allowing up to fifteen to be stored safely. Stacking is simple: align the legs and lower the next chair into place without tools.

The chair is made entirely of steel, apart from the plastic glides and bumpers. The red colour is applied during the powder-coating process, ensuring even coverage and durability. Its dimensions—450 mm wide, 45.5 mm deep, and 840 mm high—create a compact profile that fits under standard tables. The 4.4 kg weight allows one person to carry multiple chairs at once.

Handling is manual; the chair is placed, adjusted, and stacked without mechanical or electrical input. Its lightweight design reduces the need for additional equipment or staff during setup. The 450 mm width allows comfortable seating at standard tables, while the 840 mm height suits most adults. The 45.5 mm depth ensures it does not obstruct walkways. Stacking up to fifteen chairs high minimises storage space.

Cleaning is simple: wipe the steel frame with a damp cloth to remove spills. The powder-coated finish resists stains, so no special cleaners are needed. The glides and bumpers can be cleaned similarly, avoiding abrasive materials to prevent scratches. Regular checks ensure these components remain intact, protecting floors and maintaining stability.
