This commercial microwave oven is designed for high-demand kitchen environments, handling tasks like reheating, defrosting, and multi-stage cooking efficiently. Dual magnetrons distribute microwave energy evenly, ensuring consistent results for large batches. Food is heated from within, preserving moisture in sauces and preventing pastries from drying out. Five adjustable power levels allow precise control—lower settings for gentle thawing, higher for rapid reheating—while an intermediate shelf increases capacity without interfering with microwave distribution, enabling two trays to cook at once under different programmes.
Operation begins with the stainless-steel pull-handle door. A GN 2/3 gastronorm tray is placed on either the lower deck or the intermediate shelf, the door is closed, and a programme is selected from the digital panel. Ten dedicated memory pads store commonly used settings, with space for up to one hundred custom programmes, each saving power level, duration, and sequence. The timer counts down from sixty minutes in one-second intervals, and an interior light stays on during operation, allowing progress to be monitored without opening the door. When the cycle completes, the oven stops and sounds an alert.
The exterior and cavity are made from full SUS 430 stainless steel, with a SUS 304 stainless-steel pull handle for durability. A removable rear filter captures grease and steam, simplifying upkeep. With a nominal power of 2100 W and a peak of 3200 W, the oven operates on a 230-240 V single-phase circuit. Weighing 32.5 kg, it remains stable on a worktop but can be repositioned by two staff using recessed side grips. Its dimensions of 570 × 512 × 370 mm ensure compatibility with standard kitchen layouts.
Controls feature a digital display, ten programmable memory pads, a rotary encoder for adjustments, and a start/stop button. Each memory pad recalls a full programme, eliminating the need to re-enter settings. The timer supports cycles up to sixty minutes, accommodating extended defrosting or multi-stage cooking. An interior light improves visibility during loading and unloading.
Maintenance involves wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then drying to avoid water marks. The removable filter should be cleaned weekly under running water. The door seal requires monthly inspection for debris and should be wiped clean to ensure a proper seal. Routine upkeep does not require disassembly beyond the filter or any specialised tools.
