Professional dishwashing liquid.

- Article number: BHS641100
Professional dishwashing liquid designed to tackle heavy soiling on porcelain, plastic and stainless steel without leaving residues. Its concentrated formula dissolves grease, food particles and mineral deposits that accumulate in commercial dishwashers, ensuring crockery and utensils emerge clean and free of spots.
The liquid works by breaking down fats and proteins at a molecular level, allowing water to carry them away. It also binds calcium and magnesium ions present in hard water, preventing limescale and metal salt deposits from forming on machine components and tableware. This dual action keeps both the wash load and the dishwasher itself in good condition over repeated cycles, reducing the need for descaling and extending the life of the equipment.
To use, the operator measures the recommended dose into the detergent dispenser of the dishwasher. The exact amount depends on water hardness and soil level, but the concentrate means a smaller volume is needed compared to standard liquids. Once the machine is loaded and the programme selected, the liquid is released at the appropriate stage of the wash cycle, mixing with the water to create an active cleaning solution. After the cycle completes, the water drains away, leaving surfaces rinsed and ready for the next use.
The liquid is supplied in a 10 litre container, which is sized for bulk use in professional kitchens, catering operations and institutional settings. The container is designed for easy pouring and storage, fitting standard worktop or cupboard spaces in commercial wash-up areas.
Formulated without phosphates or chlorine, it avoids harsh chemicals that can damage surfaces or leave unpleasant odours. It is effective across all water hardness levels, eliminating the need for separate water conditioners or rinse aids in most installations.
The 10 litre volume provides sufficient product for multiple wash cycles in busy environments, reducing the frequency of reordering and storage handling. Its concentrated nature means less packaging waste per wash, aligning with operational efficiency and sustainability goals in professional kitchens.
