Detergent Rinse Aid for Convection Ovens

A highly alkaline detergent rinse aid designed for steam convection ovens, where hot air circulates continuously to cook food evenly. The fan-driven airflow leaves grease and food particles on oven walls, racks and trays; this detergent breaks down those deposits without manual scrubbing.

The operator fills the oven's detergent dispenser with the solution, selects the cleaning programme and starts the cycle. Steam is generated inside the oven cavity, raising the temperature and humidity to loosen baked-on residue. The alkaline formula emulsifies grease and lifts carbonised particles from metal surfaces, allowing them to be rinsed away by the final water flush.

Supplied in a 10 litre container, the liquid is poured directly into the dispenser or a separate dosing unit. The volume is chosen to match the capacity of professional convection ovens, reducing the frequency of refills during intensive cleaning schedules.

The detergent is compatible with steam convection ovens that accept liquid cleaning agents, ensuring residue-free surfaces for the next cooking cycle.
