A wine cabinet-sideboard combines refrigerated storage for bottles with a worktop and cupboard space above. The refrigeration unit circulates chilled air through the cabinet, creating separate temperature zones so white and sparkling wines stay crisp while reds remain at cellar warmth. The worktop gives a stable surface for decanting or serving, and the cupboard above holds glasses, corkscrews or tasting notes without crowding the bar area.
The operator loads bottles through the full-height door, arranging whites in the lower zone and reds in the upper. A digital control panel on the front sets the exact temperature for each zone; once programmed, the unit maintains the chosen levels automatically. The interior LED lighting switches on when the door opens, showing the labels clearly without raising the temperature inside.
The cabinet is built from powder-coated steel with an aluminium evaporator coil and high-density insulation. The exterior finish is available in several colours to match kitchen décor. The worktop is a single sheet of toughened glass that resists scratches and spills, while the cupboard above has a hinged door and an adjustable shelf inside.
The 530 W power rating draws a modest load from a standard 230 V single-phase circuit, suitable for most commercial kitchens. The 145 kg weight means the unit should be positioned on a level, load-bearing floor and moved only with a trolley or pallet jack. The 1325 mm width, 650 mm depth and 1550 mm height provide ample bottle capacity while fitting through standard doorways and under most worktop overhangs.
The dual-temperature specification allows simultaneous storage of white wines between +4 °C and +10 °C and red wines between +6 °C and +16 °C, covering the full range of service temperatures without compromising either style.
Cleaning involves wiping the glass worktop with a damp cloth, brushing dust from the condenser coil at the rear every three months, and vacuuming the floor beneath the unit to maintain airflow. The interior shelves slide out for washing in warm soapy water, and the LED lights require no maintenance beyond occasional dusting.
Several exterior colour options are available to coordinate with existing kitchen equipment.
