Oak is chosen for its tight grain and resistance to splitting, so the chair remains steady under daily use in busy dining rooms. The surface is sanded smooth and finished to reveal the wood's natural colour and pattern, giving each chair a consistent look that blends with modern or classic interiors.

The chair is designed to stack vertically, one on top of another, up to six units high. When not in use, the stack occupies the same floor space as a single chair, freeing up room for service or reconfiguration.
