A folding worktop that unfolds to a square metre of temporary bench space and folds flat for storage behind a cupboard or under a shelf. The table stands on its own once the legs are locked open, providing a stable surface for plating, portioning or holding trays between service periods.
The principle is a hinged frame that supports a rigid top. When the legs swing out and lock, the frame becomes a self-supporting rectangle; when the legs fold back, the whole unit collapses to a slim panel that can be hung on a wall or slid into a narrow gap. This design trades a permanent footprint for instant extra capacity whenever the kitchen needs it.
To use the table, lift the top until the legs drop into place, then press the locking levers until they click. The table is now ready for loading. When the work is finished, release the levers, fold the legs back against the underside of the top, and store the unit vertically or horizontally. No tools or assembly are required at any stage.
The top is a single sheet of polypropylene reinforced with fibreglass and polyamide for stiffness and impact resistance. The legs are extruded aluminium, powder-coated in black to match the top. Both materials are chosen for light weight and resistance to moisture, grease and cleaning chemicals.
Controls are limited to the two locking levers on the underside of the frame. Each lever secures one pair of legs; both must be engaged for the table to stand safely.
The 700 mm square footprint gives a work surface large enough for two standard gastronorm trays side by side or a single full-size chopping board. The 740 mm height matches standard worktop levels, so the table aligns with fixed benches, sinks and hobs. When folded, the unit measures only 700 mm wide, 700 mm deep and a few centimetres thick, allowing it to be stored in spaces where a fixed table would not fit.
Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the polypropylene top with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and brush or wipe the aluminium legs to remove dust. The materials do not absorb moisture or harbour bacteria, so no deep sanitising is needed. Avoid abrasive pads that could scratch the powder-coated finish.
The table is supplied in black only, with no variants or accessories listed in the range.
