The seat and back rest on a frame shaped by steam-bending, a process that softens the wood fibres so they curve without weakening. Once cooled, the fibres lock into the new shape, creating a structure that resists warping and cracking under daily use. The operator simply lifts the chair by its backrest or seat edge, carries it to the table, and positions it. Guests sit on the contoured seat, which follows the natural curve of the spine, reducing fatigue during extended meals. When service ends, staff stack the chairs or slide them under tables to clear floor space for cleaning.

The frame is crafted from European beechwood sourced from FSC-certified forests, ensuring the material is both renewable and consistent in grain and colour. Every joint is glued and clamped under pressure, eliminating squeaks and wobbles. The surface is sanded smooth and finished in a durable black stain that resists scuffs and moisture from spills.
