The operator simply lifts the chair from its stack, places it at a table, and seats the guest. When the service ends, the chairs are lifted one by one and stacked vertically, up to twelve high, freeing floor space for cleaning or closing. The lightweight aluminium frame keeps each chair at 4.04 kg, so staff can move a stack without strain.

The frame is formed from corrosion-resistant aluminium, chosen for its ability to withstand outdoor humidity and indoor cleaning chemicals without rusting or discolouring. Technorattan, a synthetic rattan, wraps the frame in a continuous weave that resists cracking, fading and moisture absorption. The material is colourfast, so the five available shades—black, dark blue, beige, red and green—retain their depth through sun and rain.

Controls are limited to the chair itself: no levers or knobs. The seat height of 760 mm matches standard café tables, while the 570 mm seat depth and 620 mm width provide enough room for most diners without crowding adjacent chairs.

The weight of 4.04 kg allows a single person to carry the chair with one hand, yet the chair remains stable on uneven outdoor surfaces. The chair arrives ready-made, so no assembly is required before placing it on the terrace or in the dining room. Cleaning follows from the materials: a damp cloth removes dust and spills from the technorattan weave, while the aluminium frame can be wiped with a mild detergent solution.
