Melamine Table Top 1200 x 600 x 28 mm

A solid melamine table top forms a hard-wearing work surface that resists scratches, stains and heat from hot pans. The 28 mm thickness gives a rigid panel that does not sag under the weight of heavy equipment or repeated chopping. Melamine is a resin-bonded paper laminate pressed under high pressure; the surface is non-porous, so it does not absorb liquids or harbour bacteria, and it wipes clean with a damp cloth.

The top arrives ready to install on cupboards, trolleys or legs. A matching 2 mm ABS edging runs around all four sides, sealing the core and preventing moisture from seeping in. The edging also protects the edges from knocks and chips, extending the life of the panel in a busy kitchen.

To fit the top, position it on the base unit and secure it with screws through the pre-drilled fixing points.
