NN62 Mobile Work Table with Three Shelves

A mobile work surface on three shelves brings ingredients, utensils and small appliances to the point of use without occupying fixed floor space. The unit rolls on castors, so a single operator can reposition it between prep stations, plating lines or storage cupboards. Lockable wheels hold the table steady during use, preventing drift on sloped floors or under uneven loads.

Each shelf provides a flat, open area that supports trays, containers or loose items. The shelves are spaced vertically to allow stacking of standard gastronorm pans, mixing bowls or ingredient bins. Because the table is free-standing, it can be placed alongside hobs, sinks or under extractor hoods without blocking access to fixed equipment.

The operator loads the shelves from the front or sides, slides the table to the required position, locks the castors and works directly from the top surface. When the task is complete, the table is wheeled away for cleaning or storage, freeing the worktop for the next operation.

Construction is stainless steel throughout, giving a smooth, non-porous finish that resists corrosion and stands up to daily sanitising. The dimensions 800 mm width, 700 mm depth and 900 mm height create a footprint that fits between standard kitchen aisles while providing ample shelf area for mise-en-place or holding finished dishes.

Cleaning is straightforward: shelves are wiped down with a cloth and sanitiser, and the castors are checked periodically for debris that could impede rolling or locking.
