OBHSS118 Cover Dispenser Organizer

A cover dispenser organizer holds disposable food covers in a vertical stack so kitchen staff can pull one at a time without touching the rest. The unit stands on the worktop or mounts to a wall or cupboard, keeping the covers visible and within reach while freeing counter space for food preparation.

The dispenser works by gravity: each cover slides down as the one below is removed. A weighted or spring-loaded follower presses the stack from above, ensuring the next cover is always at the front lip and ready to lift. This method prevents the covers from scattering, sticking together or becoming contaminated by repeated handling.

To use the organizer, the operator loads a fresh pack of covers into the top opening, then pulls the first cover forward until it clears the front edge. Subsequent covers advance automatically. When the stack runs low, the follower signals that it is time to refill.

The OBHSS118 is designed for standard disposable covers used in professional catering. Its footprint allows it to sit beside a bain-marie, hot cupboard or plating station without obstructing workflow.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth to remove dust or grease that may settle during kitchen service.
