A worktop organiser keeps serving essentials within reach without cluttering the counter. The Organizer C11 from BHS groups items by type in three separate boxes that slide out for quick refills or cleaning. Each box holds cutlery, sachets, napkins or condiment portions, letting staff pick what they need without searching through a single jumble. The boxes are sized to fit common catering packs, so stocking is straightforward and restocking is fast during service peaks.

The organiser stands on four feet that raise the boxes clear of the worktop, preventing moisture from pooling underneath. The feet are fixed to a single base that keeps the unit stable while the boxes are pulled out or pushed back in. Because the boxes are removable, the stand can be used alone for taller items or reconfigured with one or two boxes as the menu changes.

The sequence is simple: load each box with the items it will hold, place the boxes on the stand, and position the organiser where staff need it. When a box is empty or needs cleaning, it lifts off the stand and is replaced with a fresh one. The stand itself stays in place, so the worktop remains organised without interruption.

Construction is in food-safe plastic that withstands daily wiping and occasional splashes. The material is rigid enough to keep its shape under the weight of filled boxes, yet light enough to move when the worktop is cleared at the end of service. The dimensions of 143 mm deep, 406 mm wide and 353 mm high give a compact footprint that fits between other counter equipment or against a wall.

The Organizer C11 is supplied with three universal boxes. The small or large box and the stand without boxes are available separately, allowing the configuration to be adjusted for different service styles or menu items.
