Organizer-Cylinder E43 for Professional Kitchens

An open stainless-steel cylinder that stands on the worktop to keep rolls of cling film, foil or baking parchment upright, or to corral long-handled utensils such as whisks, ladles and tongs so they stay within reach without cluttering the hob or prep area.

The cylinder collects items vertically, using the height of the worktop rather than its surface. This frees the counter for chopping, plating or other tasks while the stored items remain visible and accessible. Because the cylinder has no lid, the operator can drop or remove items with one hand, reducing the need to open cupboards or drawers during service.

To use, place the cylinder on a clean, level section of the worktop. Load the items into the cylinder; the open top allows the contents to extend above the rim if needed. When the cylinder is no longer required, lift it off the worktop and store it flat or hang it on a wall bracket if one is fitted.

The cylinder is made of stainless steel, which resists corrosion from kitchen moisture and cleaning chemicals. Its single-wall construction makes it lightweight enough to move between stations or shift aside for deep cleaning of the worktop.

The 174 mm diameter footprint fits between standard worktop appliances such as mixers, slicers and hot wells without crowding the operator. The open design also allows air to circulate around stored items, helping to keep rolls of film or parchment dry and preventing condensation on utensil handles.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the inside and outside surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Because there are no seams, lids or moving parts, there are no crevices where food debris or grease can collect.
