A worktop organizer keeps gastronorm trays upright and accessible without taking cupboard space. The unit stands on the work surface and holds each tray by its rim, leaving the contents visible and the tray easy to lift out. To use the organizer, the operator places it on a clean, level surface near the work area. Each GN1/6 tray is filled with ingredients, sauces or prepped items and then slid into a slot from the front. The trays remain upright, so the contents stay organised and spill-free. When an item is needed, the operator lifts the tray straight out, uses what is required, and returns the tray to the same slot. The process repeats without disturbing the other trays. The seamless stainless steel tray holder resists corrosion from acidic dressings and frequent steam cycles in a busy kitchen. The frame is welded for rigidity and has no moving parts.
