Organizer FB105 for GN1/3 and GN1/6 Trays

A worktop organiser keeps gastronorm trays upright and within reach while food is plated or garnished. Instead of stacking trays on the counter and lifting each one to find the right ingredient, the operator slides them into vertical slots. This frees both hands for the task and keeps the work surface clear for plates and utensils.

The Organizer FB105 is built to hold both GN1/3 and GN1/6 trays side by side. Each tray stands on its own ledge, so nothing is buried beneath another. The slots are sized so that trays cannot tip forward or jam when they are removed.

To use the organiser, the operator places filled gastronorm trays into the appropriate slots. The trays remain visible and accessible throughout service. When a tray is empty, it is lifted out and replaced with a fresh one without disturbing the others.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel, giving a smooth, corrosion-resistant surface that wipes clean after each shift. The 486 mm width fits neatly between standard worktop appliances, while the 100 mm height keeps the trays at a comfortable working level without blocking sight lines across the counter.

No controls are fitted; the organiser is a static rack that relies on gravity to keep trays secure.

The capacity of GN1/6 plus GN1/3 means the organiser can hold two small trays or one large and one small at the same time. This allows a single station to keep two different ingredients or components ready for plating.
