An organizer unit keeps frequently used tools, utensils and ingredients within arm's reach on a busy worktop. Instead of storing items in cupboards or drawers, the unit provides open shelves, racks or rails that let staff see and grab what they need without opening doors or pulling drawers. The FB31 organizer mounts directly on the worktop or stands on adjustable feet. The operator loads the shelves with small appliances, containers, bottles or hand tools, then leaves them in place. When a task begins, the required item is already visible and accessible; when the task ends, the item returns to the same spot, so the next user finds it ready.

Construction is stainless steel throughout, chosen for resistance to moisture, heat and cleaning chemicals. The unit measures 142 cm in width, giving a broad footprint that spreads weight and provides ample storage without overhanging the worktop edges.

Cleaning follows from the open construction: shelves and rails are wiped down with a damp cloth and sanitiser after each service period, with no hidden corners or enclosed spaces to trap debris.
