Organizer FB41 for Professional Kitchens

A worktop storage unit divides ingredients, utensils or small containers into three separate compartments so that each item stays visible and within reach during service.

The Organizer FB41 uses three open-fronted sections side by side. Each section holds its contents without lids or doors, so the operator can see and retrieve items without opening or moving anything else. The low profile keeps the work surface clear while keeping the stored items close to the point of use.

To use the unit, place it on a clean, level worktop. Load each section with the items needed for the current task—spices, portioning tools, garnishes or small containers. During service the operator reaches into the relevant section without shifting the unit or disturbing the other two. When the task is complete, remove the items and wipe the sections clean.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel, which resists corrosion and withstands daily wiping with sanitising solutions. The dimensions of 125 mm depth, 75 mm height and overall width keep the footprint small enough for tight worktop spaces.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the three sections with a damp cloth and a mild detergent after each use. No disassembly is required, and the open design prevents trapped food debris.
