Outdoor HPL Compact Round Table Top for Terraces, 690 mm

A round table top built for open-air catering terraces, where sunlight, spills and hot serving dishes are part of daily service. The surface is a high-pressure laminate (HPL) compact board that resists UV fading, heat from hot pans and stains from food and drink without absorbing them. This material does not warp, crack or peel when exposed to rain or temperature swings, so the top stays level and safe for glassware and crockery.

The operating principle is simple: a rigid, non-porous sheet of HPL is bonded under high pressure to a moisture-resistant core, creating a single solid panel. Because the surface is impervious, liquids bead and wipe away instead of soaking in, and heat from a hot plate or grill does not scorch or blister the finish. The round shape allows staff to move freely around the table and seat guests without corners jutting into walkways.

To use, place the top on a suitable outdoor base or frame. No assembly is needed; the panel is ready to receive plates, cutlery and serving dishes. During service, spills can be wiped with a damp cloth and detergent, and hot items can be set down without trivets or mats. At the end of the day, a quick wipe removes food residue, and the top can be left uncovered in all weathers.

Construction is a single 690 mm diameter disc of HPL compact material. The surface is smooth, non-slip and free of seams or joints. There are no moving parts, no electrical components and no maintenance beyond routine cleaning.

Cleaning follows from the materials: a damp microfibre cloth and mild detergent remove most food and drink stains. For stubborn marks, a non-abrasive cream cleaner can be used without damaging the UV-resistant finish. The top does not require sealing, oiling or polishing.
