A pizza table provides a dedicated worktop for rolling, shaping and dressing pizza bases while keeping dough within arm's reach. The flat surface is sized for pizza peels and trays, and the space beneath is organised to hold a standard dough box. This arrangement keeps the dough at a consistent temperature and humidity, preventing the surface from drying or over-proofing while the chef works above.
The operator slides the dough box into the shelf below the worktop, then loads ingredients onto the table. Flour, toppings and tools are laid out on the worktop, leaving the centre clear for shaping each base. Once the pizza is assembled, it is transferred to the oven peel and launched. The sequence repeats without the chef having to leave the station, so service stays smooth and the dough remains protected.
Construction is stainless steel throughout, giving a hygienic, durable surface that withstands daily cleaning. The unit measures 2041 mm in width, 588 mm in depth and 870 mm in height, providing a broad work area that fits alongside standard pizza ovens and prep counters.
Cleaning follows from the materials: the worktop and shelf are wiped down with sanitiser after each service, and the dough box is removed and washed separately. No moving parts or electrical components are present, so upkeep is limited to surface hygiene and occasional tightening of shelf supports.
