Showcase 6-1/1, +2/+7 °C for GN 1/1 trays

This refrigerated counter showcase displays chilled food while keeping it at safe temperatures. Cooled air circulates behind a glass front, passing over an evaporator coil to remove heat from inside and release it at the back.

It holds up to six GN 1/1 gastronorm trays, loaded through sliding or hinged glass doors. The thermostat adjusts between +2 °C and +7 °C to suit different food storage needs. The compressor cycles automatically to keep the interior temperature steady, allowing staff to add or remove trays without disrupting cooling.

The exterior is stainless steel, with an aluminium interior and high-density polyurethane insulation. The glass front features double glazing for better insulation and clear visibility. Shelves inside can be adjusted to fit various tray heights or shallow containers.

The unit connects to a standard 230 V single-phase supply. Its 2120 mm length fits six full-size GN 1/1 trays side by side, while the 730 mm depth allows placement against a wall or back-to-back with another unit. The 890 mm height positions the display at customer eye level. The 139 kg weight requires castors or a pallet truck for movement before final placement.

Cleaning involves wiping stainless-steel surfaces with mild detergent and warm water, avoiding abrasive materials. The glass front is cleaned with a glass cleaner to ensure visibility. The interior liner and shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the rear drain should be checked regularly to prevent condensate build-up.
