Showcase 760 Litre Neutral Display Cabinet

This neutral display cabinet keeps prepared dishes at room temperature without chilling or heating. It uses the surrounding air to maintain food at the same temperature as the kitchen, allowing chefs to present plated meals, buffet items, or pre-packaged goods clearly while avoiding refrigeration or heating costs.

Shelves are loaded through a full-height glass front. Once arranged, the cabinet preserves the room's ambient temperature without any thermostat control. The glass doors open for service, and shelves can be adjusted or removed for cleaning.

The frame is constructed from aluminium profiles, with stainless-steel exterior and interior panels. Wire-grid shelves promote air circulation, and double-glazed glass reduces condensation while improving insulation.

A 230 V single-phase supply powers the unit. Its weight requires two people for safe movement, and its width fits through standard double-door service entrances.

Cleaning involves wiping stainless-steel surfaces with a mild detergent and drying them to prevent marks. Wire shelves lift out for washing, and glass panels can be cleaned with a residue-free solution.
