A flat stainless steel surface mounted at standard worktop height provides a stable base for induction hobs and countertop appliances. The table itself carries no power or controls; it simply holds the equipment steady and raises it to a comfortable working level, reducing strain on the chef's back and arms during long service.
In a professional kitchen, induction cooktops require a non-magnetic, level support that can withstand the weight of heavy pans and the heat radiated from the hob. This table is built to that standard: the surface remains cool to the touch around the hob, and the rigid frame prevents any flex that could disrupt the magnetic field between the induction coil and the pan.
To use the table, position it on a level floor near a suitable power supply. Place the induction hob or other countertop appliance on the flat top, ensuring it is centred and stable. The table's height allows the operator to work standing upright, with the hob at a natural arm's reach. No assembly is required beyond placing the unit in its intended location.
The construction is a single sheet of stainless steel mounted on a welded tubular frame. The material resists corrosion from spills, steam and cleaning chemicals, and the seamless top prevents liquid from seeping into joints or crevices.
The table's footprint of 165 mm depth and 730 mm width provides enough space for a standard induction hob and a small preparation area beside it. The 900 mm height matches the standard worktop level in commercial kitchens, allowing seamless integration with existing counters and trolleys.
Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the stainless steel surface with a damp cloth and a mild detergent after each service. The absence of seams or recesses means there are no hidden areas where food debris or grease can accumulate. The frame's open design allows easy access for mopping underneath, keeping the floor area hygienic.
This model is designed specifically for use with induction cooktops, but the flat, stable surface is equally suitable for other countertop appliances such as griddles, bain-maries or food warmers.
