A sturdy table base provides a level, vibration-free platform for professional worktops, hobs or sinks. The B-41 base uses a central steel column to transfer the load from the worktop directly to a broad cast-iron foot, spreading the weight evenly across the floor. Adjustable feet beneath the foot compensate for minor unevenness, keeping the work surface steady during chopping, mixing or plating.
The base arrives as a flat-pack of four main parts: the cast-iron foot, the steel column, the square top mounting plate and the five adjustable feet. Assembly is done on site with the supplied screws. Once the column is bolted to the foot and the mounting plate is fixed to the column, the adjustable feet are threaded into the foot and levelled. The worktop is then placed on the 250 × 250 mm mounting plate and secured with separate screws that are not included in the set.
The black painted cast-iron foot gives the base its 9 kg mass, lowering the centre of gravity and resisting tipping. The steel column and mounting plate are also black painted for corrosion resistance and a uniform appearance. The 76 mm foot height allows mop heads to pass underneath during daily cleaning, while the overall 730 mm height matches standard worktop heights in professional kitchens. The base accepts worktops up to 800 mm in diameter, with a maximum recommended top size of 700 mm for stability.
Each of the five adjustable feet can be raised or lowered independently, allowing the base to sit level on floors that slope or have minor imperfections. The painted finish can be wiped clean with a damp cloth; abrasive cleaners should be avoided to prevent damage to the coating. For environments where a different colour is required, the base is available in alternative RAL shades at an additional charge. A heavier 4.0 kg cast-iron foot variant is also offered for applications where extra stability is needed.
