A sturdy table base designed to support professional worktops up to 800 mm square. The unit combines a broad cast-iron foot with a central steel column, giving a stable platform that resists tipping and vibration under daily kitchen loads. The base stands on four adjustable feet, allowing the operator to level the worktop even on uneven floors. Once the feet are set, the column is bolted to the foot and the top mounting plate is fixed to the column. The plate provides a flat, rigid surface onto which the worktop is later secured with separate screws. Assembly begins with the cast-iron foot on the floor. The steel column is inserted into the foot and secured with the supplied screws. The top mounting plate is then attached to the column, again using the included hardware. Four adjustable feet screw into the underside of the foot, letting the operator raise or lower each corner independently. Once the base is level, the worktop is placed on the mounting plate and fixed with screws that are not supplied with the base. The base is constructed from black painted cast iron for the foot and black painted steel for the column and mounting plate. The mounting plate measures 250 mm square and is 3 mm thick, providing a solid foundation for the worktop. The entire unit weighs 12 kg, making it easy to move into position before assembly. Controls are limited to the four adjustable feet, each of which can be turned to raise or lower that corner of the base. No electrical or mechanical settings are required. The 400 mm square footprint means the base occupies minimal floor space while still supporting an 800 mm worktop. The 730 mm height positions the worktop at a comfortable working level for most kitchen tasks. The 12 kg weight indicates a robust construction that can be carried by one person but is heavy enough to remain stable during use. Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the painted surfaces with a damp cloth to remove dust and spills. Secure adjustment feet keep the worktop steady during heavy rolling cuts or vigorous kneading without wobbling. Variants available include different heights, alternative colours from the RAL palette, and a heavier 4.0 kg cast-iron foot for additional stability.
