A phenolic compact table provides a rigid, non-porous work surface that resists heat, moisture and chemicals. The material is a dense composite of phenolic resin and cellulose fibres, pressed under high temperature and pressure into a solid slab.

The operator simply places the table on a level floor, positions equipment or ingredients directly on the surface, and uses it as a stable base for chopping, plating or assembling dishes. There are no moving parts or settings to adjust; the table remains ready for immediate use.

Construction is a single phenolic slab bonded to a steel underframe. The underframe has adjustable feet to compensate for uneven floors and to keep the worktop level. The entire unit is 740 mm high, matching standard worktop height in commercial kitchens.

Available in four sizes: 60×60 cm, 60×70 cm, 70×70 cm and 80×80 cm. Each size is a separate article, allowing the table to fit different kitchen layouts and workflows.

Cleaning involves wiping the surface with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. The non-porous phenolic does not require sealing or special treatments, and the seamless construction prevents dirt from accumulating in joints.
