Tomato Puree La Pizza 2500 g for Professional Kitchens

Tomato puree stabilised by thermal pasteurisation preserves the natural flavour and colour of ripe tomatoes without preservatives. The vacuum-sealed pouch removes oxygen, stopping oxidation and spoilage while the pasteurisation step eliminates bacteria and enzymes that would otherwise break down the puree over time. This process gives the puree a long shelf life at room temperature, ready for immediate use in professional kitchens.

The operator opens the pouch, pours the puree directly into the saucepan or mixer, and heats it as the recipe requires. There is no thawing, no draining and no waste; the entire 2.5 kg contents are usable in one batch. The puree blends smoothly into pizza bases, pasta sauces and meat ragùs, thickening as it cooks without separating or curdling.

The pouch is made of food-grade laminated film that withstands the pasteurisation temperature and blocks light. It is supplied as a single 2.5 kg unit, giving consistent flavour and texture across large batches.

Ingredients are tomatoes, salt and citric acid as an acidity regulator. Nutrition per 100 g: energy 150 kJ / 36 kcal, fat less than 0.2 g, carbohydrates 6.5 g (sugars 4.5 g), protein 1.6 g, salt 0.3 g.

The product is made in Italy and is suitable for pizza, first courses and meat sauce.
