VIENNA PW 080 Stackable Polywood Chair

A chair built for frequent handling in professional venues, the VIENNA PW 080 combines a rigid seat shell with a material that shrugs off scratches and resists outdoor weather. Polywood polypropylene forms the entire structure, giving a consistent surface that cleans with a damp cloth and needs no protective coating. The material also keeps the weight low, so staff can move chairs between storage, transport and service without strain.

Chairs of this type rely on a single-piece shell that carries the load without legs splaying or joints loosening. The shell is moulded in one operation, so there are no seams to trap dirt or fail under repeated stacking. A slight flex in the seat and backrest absorbs movement without transferring stress to the frame, which is why the chair remains stable even after years of daily use in busy restaurants and event spaces.

To use the chair, lift it by the seat edge and place it where needed. When the event ends, grasp the backrest and lift; the chairs nest together without binding. Stacking is limited only by the reach of the operator, and the entry specifies a safe maximum of nine chairs. No tools or disassembly are required, so the sequence from service to storage takes seconds per chair.

The VIENNA PW 080 is formed from polypropylene in a natural finish; a walnut-coloured variant, model VIENNA PW 060, is also available. The chair measures 480 mm from front to back, 540 mm across the seat, and stands 880 mm high. At 5.0 kg it can be carried in one hand, yet the shell is rigid enough to support a full adult load without creaking or flexing beyond the designed range.

Cleaning follows from the material: a wipe with warm water and mild detergent removes food, drink and outdoor dirt. The polypropylene resists staining and does not absorb odours, so the chair returns to service immediately after drying. No polish or wax is needed, and the surface does not dull or crack under normal kitchen or event conditions.

The chair is designed for stacking up to nine units, which reduces the footprint in storage cupboards and on transport trolleys. Its weight and dimensions allow it to fit through standard doorways and into most commercial vans without disassembly.
