This wine cupboard provides a stable environment to safeguard wine from heat, light, and vibration. Two separate evaporators ensure each compartment maintains its own micro-climate. Insulation and a tight door seal retain the cold, while a fan evenly distributes it, preventing temperature fluctuations that could harm the wine or dry out corks over time.

The unit divides into two sections of equal height, each with its own digital controller. The user can store bottles in both sections, setting a distinct temperature for each. The eight temperature options span from +4 °C to +20 °C, allowing storage tailored to different wine types. Once set, the cupboard maintains the chosen temperature continuously, minimising vibration by avoiding frequent cycling.

The exterior is a black-finished steel cabinet with two full-height outward-opening doors. Inside, LED lighting activates when the doors open, illuminating the bottles without generating heat. Wire racks allow air to circulate freely around each bottle. Controls are positioned at eye level between the doors, featuring two digital displays and separate buttons for each zone. The left display and buttons adjust the upper compartment, while the right controls the lower one.

With dimensions of 1170 mm in length, 460 mm in width, and 2040 mm in height, the cupboard fits neatly against a wall or between standard kitchen units. The total capacity is split evenly between the two zones. The eight temperature settings provide flexibility: lower settings suit sparkling wines, mid-range options work for whites and rosés, and higher settings accommodate reds and fortified wines. Maintenance involves wiping the wire shelves and interior with a damp cloth and occasionally vacuuming the condenser coil at the back to ensure unobstructed airflow.
