LOTUS 1/3 Basket with Hook for CP-76 Fryer

A stainless steel frying basket designed to hold one-third of the oil volume in a LOTUS CP-76 fryer. The basket lowers into heated oil, allowing food to cook evenly while submerged. A hook at the rim keeps the basket suspended above the oil when not in use, preventing overcooking and making it easier to lift out once the food is ready.

The operator loads the basket with food, lowers it into the fryer, and sets the timer. Once cooking is complete, the basket is raised and left to drain briefly before the food is removed. The hook ensures the basket can be hung on the fryer's edge, keeping it stable and clear of the oil.
