Professional gas range with 6 burners and a static electric oven, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures a long service life.
A six-burner gas range with a static electric oven combines open-flame cooking on the hob with enclosed radiant heat inside the oven. The gas burners heat the base of pots and pans directly, giving immediate response to the chef's adjustments, while the electric oven surrounds the food with steady, even heat from its elements. This dual-fuel arrangement lets the kitchen run high-output boiling, searing or sautéing on the worktop and controlled baking, roasting or proofing in the oven at the same time.
Each burner is lit by a pilot flame that stays alight continuously. A thermocouple senses the flame; if it goes out, a safety valve shuts off the gas automatically. The oven's temperature is set with a dial that cycles the elements on and off to hold the chosen level between 50 and 300 °C.
To use the range, first check that the adjustable legs are level and the rear splash guard is secure. Light the pilot flames by turning each burner knob to the ignition position; the main flame will follow when the knob is pressed. Place pots on the cast-iron grates, which are shaped to hold them steady. For oven work, slide the wire rack into the guides, load the food, close the door and set the temperature. A removable drip tray under the burners catches spills for easy cleaning.
The entire unit is built from 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, satin-finished with Scotch-Brite for a smooth, durable surface. The 2 mm thick worktop has rounded edges, chrome-plated trim and a rear splash panel rated IPX5 for water resistance. Controls are sealed to the same standard, protecting them from splashes during service.
A rotary knob for each burner adjusts the gas flow, and a separate dial on the front panel sets the oven temperature. The 400 V three-phase supply powers the oven elements and any electric ignition or control circuits, while the 35 kW gas input is distributed across the six burners and the oven's gas components if fitted.
The 1200 mm width accommodates six burners side by side, leaving space for large stockpots or multiple sauté pans. The 190 kg weight requires a solid floor and may need two people or a trolley to move the unit into place. The static electric oven, with its single temperature setting, is simpler to maintain than a fan-assisted model but still covers the full range from gentle proofing to high-heat roasting.
Cleaning is straightforward: remove the drip tray and the front control panel to reach all internal parts. The oven interior can be wiped down after each service, and the cast-iron grates are lifted off for scrubbing. The sealed controls and splash-resistant construction reduce the risk of water ingress during washdown.
The range is supplied with a conversion kit for either natural gas or LPG, allowing it to be installed in kitchens with different fuel supplies. A single wire rack measuring 105 x 53 cm is included.
