Fryer three phase 10 lts - Bowl cm. 22x35x23h - 1 basket cm. 20x30x10h. Wife and lid for pan. Production: 10 kg/h
A built-in electric fryer that heats a 10 litre oil bath with an immersed element, transferring heat directly into the oil for rapid, even frying. The element is submerged below the basket, so oil circulates by convection, eliminating cold spots and keeping the temperature steady across the entire tank. A fan is not used; the oil itself carries the heat, which means the fryer can reach and hold the required temperature without mechanical stirring.
To begin, the operator fills the tank with oil to the marked level, then lowers the basket into the cold oil. The thermostat is set to the desired frying temperature and the unit is switched on. The element warms the oil, and once the set point is reached the thermostat cycles the power to maintain it. A second, independent thermostat monitors the oil and cuts power if the temperature rises above a safe limit, preventing overheating. The basket is lifted out when the food is done, and the lid can be closed to keep the oil clean between batches.
The fryer is fabricated from 18/10 chromium-nickel stainless steel, satin-polished to resist fingerprints and corrosion. The worktop is 2 mm thick for rigidity, and chromed details protect edges and controls. A rotating heating element allows the tank to be emptied and cleaned without tools; the element swings out of the way so the oil can be drained and the interior wiped down. The tank filter sits beneath the basket support, catching crumbs and debris before they burn onto the element.
The 7.15 kW power rating requires a 400 V three-phase or 230 V three-phase supply, drawing a substantial current that must be provisioned on a dedicated circuit in a professional kitchen. The 10 litre volume determines the maximum batch size, allowing consistent results without overloading the oil. At 20 kg, the unit is light enough to be lifted into a built-in cavity by two people, yet heavy enough to remain stable on the worktop. The footprint of 400 mm by 600 mm fits standard under-counter spaces, leaving room for adjacent appliances.
Cleaning involves draining the oil, swinging the element clear, wiping the tank interior, and rinsing the filter basket. The satin finish reduces visible scratches and makes daily wiping easier. The dual thermostat system requires no calibration; it is set at the factory and sealed to prevent tampering.
The Mod F10D-64ET is a single-tank model; a double-tank variant is available for kitchens that need to run two different frying programmes simultaneously. Both versions share the same footprint, power rating and construction.
This fryer is listed in the LOTUS built-in catering range, under electric frying equipment.
