CF6-610ETX is a professional electric range with 6 cooking zones and an electric oven, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens.
Solid stainless steel oven door.
An electric range combines a worktop of heating zones with a built-in oven, letting a single appliance handle boiling, frying, grilling and baking. The worktop uses electric elements beneath cast-iron plates to transfer heat directly into pots and pans; the oven circulates hot air around the cavity, cooking food evenly without the need to turn or stir. This arrangement keeps the hob free for immediate tasks while the oven runs longer programmes, so a kitchen can stage multiple dishes at once without cross-contamination or flavour transfer.
The sequence starts by selecting a zone and setting its power level with a seven-position switch. Each switch controls a separate element, so all six zones can run at once. The oven is set with a separate knob that chooses a temperature between 50 °C and 300 °C; an indicator light shows when the oven is heating. Once the oven reaches the set temperature, the light cycles on and off to show it is holding steady. The worktop and oven can be used together or independently, and each has its own temperature limiter to prevent overheating.
The body is constructed from 18/10 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite finish, rounded edges and chrome-plated details. The six hot plates are cast iron with steel protective rims, giving a durable, flat surface that distributes heat evenly and resists warping. A rear splash guard protects the wall behind the appliance, and the control knobs are IPX5-rated for water resistance, allowing safe cleaning with a hose. The front control panel can be removed for deeper maintenance when needed.
The 13.12 kW power rating means the range requires a dedicated 400 V three-phase circuit, the standard supply for professional kitchens. The 95 kg weight indicates a freestanding unit that can be moved with a trolley but is not designed for daily repositioning. The 1000 mm width and 600 mm depth fit a standard worktop space, leaving room for adjacent appliances or preparation areas. The oven cavity measures 640 mm by 420 mm by 350 mm high, large enough for a full-size gastronorm tray or multiple smaller dishes.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, removing the control panel for access to internal components when necessary. The cast-iron hot plates should be cleaned while still warm to lift residue, then dried to prevent rust. The oven can be wiped down after each use to avoid baked-on grease.
The range is supplied with a wire grid and a sliding shelf for placing pots and pans. Adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, ensuring stability during use.
