Professional electric range with 6 cast iron hotplates and a static electric oven, designed for use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures even cooking, long service life and easy daily cleaning.
An electric range combines a worktop of heating elements with a built-in oven, allowing a single appliance to handle boiling, frying, grilling and baking. The hotplates heat by conduction, transferring energy directly into pans, while the oven surrounds food with radiant or circulated hot air. A fan-assisted oven moves the air continuously, distributing heat evenly and reducing cooking times. The static oven relies on natural convection, giving gentler heat that suits slow roasting and delicate dishes. Both methods share the same heating elements, switched between modes by the control panel.
The sequence begins by selecting a hotplate and setting its seven-position switch. Each position corresponds to a power level, from simmer to full boil, controlled by a temperature limiter that prevents overheating. The oven is set separately, choosing static or fan-assisted mode and the required temperature. Once the oven reaches the set point, the indicator light confirms it is ready. The supplied grid, sized 65 by 53 cm, fits standard gastronorm trays, allowing sheet pans and roasting tins to slide in and out without tilting. When cooking is complete, the hotplates cool quickly, while the oven retains heat for a short period, so timing the switch-off avoids wasted energy.
Construction is CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel throughout, with a 2 mm thick worktop that resists dents and spills. Rounded edges prevent sharp corners, and chrome-plated components add corrosion resistance. The control knobs are IPX5 rated, sealing against water jets during cleaning. All serviceable parts lie behind the front control panel, which lifts off without tools, exposing elements, thermostats and wiring for inspection or replacement. Adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors and raise it for mopping underneath.
The 20.6 kW power rating indicates a three-phase 400 V supply, the standard for professional kitchens where multiple appliances run simultaneously. The 134 kg weight requires two people to move the range, and the 1200 mm width means it occupies a full metre of worktop space. The oven cavity measures 670 by 550 by 340 mm, large enough for a gastronorm 2/1 tray, while the external dimensions of 1200 by 705 by 900 mm fit standard kitchen layouts without custom cabinetry.
Cleaning follows the materials: stainless steel surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the Scotch-Brite satin finish hides minor scratches. The cast iron hotplates and steel sealing rings should be cooled before cleaning to avoid warping. The control panel lifts off to expose the interior, allowing access to crumbs and spills that accumulate behind knobs and switches. The IPX5 knobs can be rinsed under a tap, but the rest of the appliance must not be hosed down.
The range is supplied with one grid sized 65 by 53 cm, compatible with gastronorm 2/1 trays. Adjustable feet are included, and the oven can be specified as static or fan-assisted at the time of order.
