An electric range combines four solid cooking zones with a built-in oven in a single worktop unit, letting a professional kitchen keep hob and oven tasks together without separate appliances. Each cast-iron hot plate heats from below with an electric element; the steel rim around the plate keeps spills from reaching the element and spreads the heat evenly across the base of the pan. A seven-position switch on the front panel sets the power level, while a temperature limiter prevents the element from overheating, giving steady, repeatable results for frying, boiling or simmering.

The built-in oven uses a concealed heating element and a fan to circulate hot air around the cavity. This forced convection shortens cooking times and evens out temperature differences, so dishes on different shelves finish at the same time. The oven's temperature range—from a gentle 50 °C for proofing dough up to 250 °C for roasting—covers everything from delicate pastry to large joints of meat. A single indicator light shows when the oven is on, and a separate light inside lets the chef check progress without opening the door.

To use the range, the operator first selects the voltage setting on the rear terminal block—either 400 V three-phase with neutral or 230 V three-phase—and plugs the appliance into the matching supply. The adjustable feet are set so the worktop is level, and the sliding shelf beneath the oven is pulled out to hold pots and pans ready for use. Each cooking zone is turned on with its seven-position switch; the higher the setting, the faster the plate heats. Once the pan is on the plate, the chef can adjust the power to maintain the desired temperature. The oven is set with a separate knob, and the internal light is switched on to monitor cooking without losing heat.

The body is made of 18/10 CrNi stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite finish, rounded edges and chrome-plated details. A rear splash guard protects the wall behind the unit, and the control knobs are IPX5 waterproof for safe operation in wet environments. The front control panel can be removed for cleaning or maintenance, and the oven comes with a single wire grid measuring 41 by 32.5 cm.

The 9.05 kW power rating means the range must be connected to a dedicated circuit capable of supplying the full load without tripping. The 600 mm width fits standard worktop runs and leaves room for adjacent appliances or preparation space. The 70 kg weight requires two people to move the unit safely, and the adjustable feet allow fine levelling on uneven floors. The oven cavity measures 460 by 370 by 350 mm, giving enough space for standard gastronorm trays or large roasting tins.

Cleaning involves wiping down the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, taking care not to scratch the Scotch-Brite finish. The cast-iron hot plates can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the oven interior is lined with enamel for easy wipe-down after use. The control panel is unclipped and cleaned separately, while the rear splash guard is wiped down to remove grease and splashes.

The range is supplied as a single unit with the model number CFM4-66ET/V, and the catalogue places it in the professional cooking section under electric ranges with built-in ovens.
