CFM6-610ET/V is a professional electric range with 6 cooking zones and an electric oven, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens.
Glass oven door.
Designed for shipboard kitchens, this electric stove integrates six durable hot plates with a stainless-steel oven. The cast-iron hot plates deliver consistent heat, while the oven relies on natural convection to ensure even cooking. A unified control panel allows simultaneous management of both hob and oven, streamlining kitchen operations.
Operation begins by selecting a hot plate using its seven-position switch, each step increasing heat output and activating an indicator light. The oven's temperature dial ranges from 50 °C to 300 °C, suitable for everything from gentle warming to high-heat cooking. An integrated limiter prevents overheating, with a light confirming readiness. Pots rest directly on the hot plates, while oven dishes sit on a wire grid measuring 53 by 32.5 cm. A sliding shelf beneath the hob offers a convenient space for utensils.
Constructed from CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, the unit features a Scotch-Brite finish that resists corrosion and fingerprints. Rounded edges and chrome-plated details minimise snagging, while a rear splash guard protects walls from grease and steam. IPX5-rated waterproof knobs ensure safe operation in humid marine conditions. Four adjustable feet stabilise the unit on uneven surfaces, and the front panel detaches for maintenance access.
The stove requires a three-phase 400 V or single-phase 230 V supply at 50 or 60 Hz. Its 96 kg weight reflects its robust build, necessitating secure mounting to withstand rough seas. The dimensions of 1000 by 600 mm suit standard marine galley layouts, with an oven interior of 640 by 370 by 350 mm accommodating full-size trays.
Maintenance is simple: hot plates lift off for cleaning, the oven grid removes for soaking, and stainless-steel surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth. The control panel detaches without tools for access to internal components.
Part of the LOTUS marine catering range, this stove is built for continuous professional use in shipboard kitchens.
