Professional electric range with 6 cast iron hotplates and a static electric oven, designed for use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures even cooking, long service life and easy daily cleaning.
An electric range combines hob and oven in one worktop-height unit, letting a single chef control both cooking surfaces and oven cavity from one position. The hob uses cast-iron hotplates that heat by electrical resistance; the oven uses either static heating elements or a fan to circulate hot air, giving the operator the choice between even baking and faster roasting.
The sequence starts with the hotplates: the operator selects a power level on each seven-position switch, and the cast-iron discs heat up. The oven is set separately; the same control panel carries the oven selector and thermostat. Once both are running, the chef can load the oven shelf—supplied in a standard gastronorm size—and slide it onto the runners inside the cavity. The hob takes pots and pans directly on the cast-iron plates, which retain heat and distribute it evenly across the base of the pan.
Construction is 2 mm thick CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite satin finish, rounded edges and chrome-plated components. The worktop is seamless, the front control panel lifts off for access to all serviceable parts, and the feet adjust to level the unit on uneven floors. IPX5-rated water-resistant knobs protect the switches from splashes during cleaning.
The 20.6 kW power rating means the range requires a dedicated 400 V three-phase circuit, the standard supply for professional catering equipment. The 1200 mm width fits a standard worktop run, while the 134 kg weight calls for two people or a trolley to move it into position. The oven cavity measures 550 x 370 x 340 mm high and accepts a single GN 1/1 tray or shelf, giving enough space for a full service of roasts, gratins or baked desserts.
Cleaning follows from the materials: stainless steel wipes down with a damp cloth and non-abrasive cleaner, the cast-iron hotplates lift off for scrubbing, and the oven cavity is lined with smooth stainless steel that does not trap grease. The control panel is removed in one piece, exposing the wiring and switches for inspection or replacement without dismantling the whole unit.
The range is supplied as a single unit; no side compartments or additional modules are included in this model.
