An electric range combines a hob of individual heating elements with a built-in oven beneath, letting a single appliance handle boiling, frying, grilling and baking. The hob heats by conduction: cast-iron hotplates transfer energy directly into pots and pans, while the oven surrounds the food with hot air that rises naturally or is circulated by a fan. This dual method keeps the worktop free for immediate tasks and the oven ready for longer processes, all on the same footprint.

The sequence begins by selecting a hotplate with its seven-position switch, which sets the power from low simmer to full boil. A temperature limiter prevents overheating, and the steel sealing rings around each element keep spills from reaching the wiring. Beneath, the oven is loaded with a grid or a gastronorm tray; the static setting relies on radiant heat from the walls, while the fan-assisted programme speeds cooking by moving the air. Once the timer sounds, the oven door opens to release the batch, and the hotplates are switched off or left to hold at a lower setting.

Construction is 2 mm thick CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite satin finish that resists fingerprints and scratches. The worktop has rounded edges, and chrome-plated components protect high-wear areas. IPX5-rated control knobs withstand water jets during cleaning, and the entire front panel lifts away for access to serviceable parts. Adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors, and a pot-support grate spans the hob to hold larger vessels steady.

The 20.6 kW power rating requires a 400 V three-phase circuit, the standard supply for professional kitchens that need consistent high output. A 440 V version is also available for sites with that voltage. The 1200 mm width fits a standard worktop run, while the 134 kg weight calls for two people or a trolley to move it into position. Inside the oven, the 550 × 370 × 340 mm cavity accepts a GN 1/1 tray or a grid measuring 53 × 32.5 cm.

Cleaning starts by switching off the power and letting the hotplates cool. The sealing rings lift out for scrubbing, and the worktop and front panel wipe down with a damp cloth. The oven interior is lined with stainless steel, so grease and residue scrape off without damaging the surface. The control knobs and chrome trim are polished with a soft cloth to maintain their finish.

A side compartment version is offered for additional storage or warming drawers, though this model is supplied without it.
