This electric range integrates a hob and oven into a single appliance, enabling boiling, frying, grilling, and baking from one unit. The hob features electric elements beneath cast iron hotplates, converting electricity into heat, while the oven provides an enclosed chamber for consistent, even cooking. A static oven uses natural convection, whereas a fan-assisted model circulates air via a motorised fan, reducing pre-heat times and enhancing temperature consistency across multiple trays. Six square hotplates allow independent control of each cooking zone, permitting simultaneous preparation of different dishes without flavour transfer.
To operate the range, the user selects the appropriate voltage—400 V three-phase for the standard model or an alternative 440 V version—and connects the power supply. Adjustable feet ensure the unit is level on the kitchen floor. Each hotplate is set to the required heat using a seven-position switch, and the oven temperature is adjusted between 50 °C and 260 °C. Once the hotplates and oven reach the desired temperatures, pots and trays are placed on the hob or inside the oven. The oven grid accommodates a GN 1/1 gastronorm tray, holding food while the oven maintains the selected temperature. After cooking, the hotplates and oven are switched off, and the unit is left to cool before cleaning.
The construction consists of 2 mm thick CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite satin finish, offering corrosion resistance and ease of sanitisation. The worktop features rounded edges to minimise sharp corners, while chrome-plated components provide durability and visual contrast. Water-resistant IPX5 control knobs prevent moisture ingress during cleaning. Maintenance is simplified by accessing all serviceable parts via the removable front control panel.
With a 20.6 kW power rating, the range draws significant electrical load when all hotplates and the oven are in use, necessitating a dedicated three-phase circuit in a professional kitchen. The 400 V three-phase supply ensures stable performance under heavy demand. The 1200 mm width provides ample workspace for multiple pots, while the 146 kg weight confirms the unit is floor-standing and not intended for frequent relocation. The oven interior measures 550 × 370 × 340 mm high, offering sufficient volume for large roasts or multiple trays.
Cleaning involves wiping stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding abrasive pads that could damage the satin finish. Cast iron hotplates should be cleaned after cooling, using a scraper to remove food residue. The control panel is periodically removed to inspect and service internal components. The range is also available in a 440 V version for locations with that supply, and a side compartment can be added if extra storage is required.
